Dadmehr Rahbari is an experienced researcher and professional with expertise in software development, system design, AI/ML, data science, cybersecurity, and distributed computing. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Security from the University of Qom, Iran (2020), and completed a postdoctoral position at TalTech University, Estonia (2023). Proficient in Java, Python, C++, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, his research focuses on federated learning, autonomous systems, and privacy-preserving AI. With a strong industrial and academic background and experience teaching at universities in Iran and the United States, Dr. Rahbari has published extensively and collaborated with industry leaders on practical AI and security applications.
